A little about me...
Hi, I´m Patxi and this part of my life. I was a very bad student, but photography came into my life thanks to a camera that my father and grandfather gave me. After stumbling around a lot, I ended up studying the higher training cycle of Image, back in the turn of the century and the moving image It hooked me and still does. Since 2001 I have been a multidisciplinary audiovisual technician, specializing in moving machinery (cranes, steadycam, remote travelings) and also in spectacular lighting and live video (VJ) for events, festivals, clubs and everything that uses robotics.
I currently work as a specialist teacher at the IES Vilaroja de Almassora in the Live Visual Animation module of the VideoDejay Middle Grade Cycle and I also work as a hot-head operator in a studio in Valencia, Galaxia Estudios, right now we do live programs for Apunt, like the Bona Vesprada.
I decided to continue studying and the possibility of blended learning seems perfect to me. I have been a fan of animation in all its aspects since I was a child. My favourite it´s japan animation like Miyazaky films and the stop motion of Ardman and Laika. When I was little, Otomo's Akira movie touched me deeply and since then I live and think about animated images, imperfect futures and impossible camera flights.
